We conduct or commission searches of third party patent rights, and then review and report on the relevance of third party patents and patent applications to a client’s commercial interests and intellectual property strategy.

Exercises have ranged from a few hours’ work to full freedom-to-operate exercises (e.g. an FTO for a biologic in a phase III clinical trial) that took several hundred man-hours to perform.
