IP Formalities Specialist and Trainer


Lucy trained in patent administration and formalities at a top-tier intellectual property firm. In 2006 she completed the CIPA Patent Administrators course, gaining one of only two Distinctions in that cohort.


Experienced in whole life patent, design and trade mark formalities processes from filing to renewal, with particular experience in recordal of transfers and licences.


Lucy can also assist with competitor patent activity/portfolio monitoring.


Designed and delivered internal patent formalities training, both on general topics and specific law changes; and client training for intellectual property managers tailored to the client's business strategy.
